It is recommended to use iPhone-compatible magnetic cases for optimal charging performance.

*To achieve the maximum 7.5W charge for the iPhone 14, iPhone 13, and iPhone 12 series, it is recommended to use the included USB-C adapter. The base of Urban M6 is intended solely for AirPods charging and cannot charge phones. If the charging light continues to blink when charging devices, it may indicate incorrect placement. Simply remove the device from the base and place it back again when the blinking stops.
*Please note that the Urban M6 is not compatible with non-magnetic phone cases, such as OtterBox defender cases, or cases made of metal and attachments such as magnets, cards, keys, and pop grips, as they will interfere with charging. The charging station supports charging of all iPhones with a case, regardless of orientation. When used separately, the MagSafe portabler charger is activated automatically wihtout pressing the on/off button.
**The battery of the Magnetic Wireless Charger includes a foldable kickstand, enabling the charging stand to be used to charge the Urban Powerbank 5000 battery.
