A long overdue local release for Tegan & Sara’s latest album ‘SO JEALOUS’ that has been doing extremely well for us. The recent uptake at Triple J for the first time with their track ‘TAKEN ME ANYWHERE’ from the album has really given the album new legs, and we have news just in of their second full Australian tour (and first as headliners on all shows) in February 2006!! The girls have really made a big impact over the last year in particular here, with their tour earlier this year with LITTLE BIRDY attracting a huge number of new fans. And when Little Birdy pulled out of the tour due to problems with singer Katie’s voice, Tegan & Sara forged on and played some cracking headlining shows to big crowds. WHITE STRIPES have recently been covering the Tegan & Sara track ‘ WALKING WITH A GHOST’ from ‘SO JEALOUS’ with word on the internet rife about this.
