Safe In Sound
The Watford, UK band’s forthcoming album ‘Safe in Sound’ is the follow up to 2014’s self titled UK Top 20 (#16) record ‘Lower Than Atlantis’ which came in at #1 on the Rock Sound Magazine Top 50 Albums Of The Year list, with lead single ‘Here We Go’ which spent 6 weeks on the A List at Radio 1.
Single ‘Had Enough’ debuted as Radio 1’s ‘Hottest Record In the World’ following the global premiere with Annie Mac.
“Had Enough was the first song written for Safe in Sound and felt like it perfectly picked up from where we left off with the self titled but also took things some place new.” says frontman Mike Duce. He continues “We feel that it’s one of the best Lower Than Atlantis songs ever so we can’t wait to share it with the world! The album feels like a much truer representation of our band than the last record and the success of that album meant we had to challenge ourselves to write bigger and better songs this time around. The song is about exactly what the title suggests! Everyone has one of ‘those’ days and this song is the soundtrack.”
Lower Than Atlantis are an English rock band, formed in 2007 and based in Watford, Hertfordshire. The band currently consists of lead vocalist/rhythm guitarist Mike Duce, bassist Declan Hart, drummer Eddy Thrower and lead guitarist Ben Sansom. The Band’s last record “Lower Than Atlantis” hit the Top 20 on the UK charts.
