There are also standout mid-’60s soul covers, including Marvin Gaye’s ‘Hitch Hike’, Solomon Burke’s ‘Cry to Me’, and Sam Cooke’s ‘Good Times’, as well as their own, soulful plea – ‘Heart Of Stone’.
