LIFX whites range is category leading, from 1500-9000 Kelvin. That means very warm amber to almost ice blue. Great for having your lighting track the day. White light is useful for alertness, eg while at your desk, and warm light is great for winding down at night. And now with a whopping 1000 lumens that can also dim to 1%, you are in complete control of your environment.
Fall asleep quickly, wake up gently
Using LIFX by dimming and/or turning warmer as you near your sleep time will help your body produce melatonin, the natural sleep hormone. And in the morning, do away with an alarm clock and wake with your lights to discover a fresher feeling throughout the day, this time due to retaining more of the hormone, cortisol.
