SYNOPSIS:
Young lovers Walter (Tom Hanks) and Anna (Shelley Long) are house-sitting the New York City apartment owned by Max (Alexander Godunov), Anna’s ex-husband, who suddenly decides to toss them out. Needing a new home, they settle on buying a country estate outside the city, which is available for a suspiciously low price. It soon becomes apparent why, as doors fall off their hinges, staircases come tumbling down and a bathtub falls through the floor. The couple’s relationship suffers similarly.

SYNOPSIS:
Ray Peterson (Tom Hanks, Forrest Gump) is currently a man of leisure. To the disappointment of wife Carol (Carrie Fisher, Star Wars Episodes IV-VI), Ray decides to spend a relaxing week at home, but soon finds himself embroiled in a suburban conspiracy of the most bizarre order. Ray becomes the unlikely leader of a clandestine operation to investigate the background of their mysterious new neighbours the Klopeks. Convinced there is more to the Klopeks than meets the eye – Ray and his band of bumbling brothers manage to turn the otherwise quiet cul de sac upside-down in the process!
