‘B4.Da.$$’ (pronounced “Before Da Money”) is the highly anticipated upcoming debut studio album by Joey Bada$$!
The album features contributing producers including Statik Selektah, DJ Premier, Freddie Joachim, The Roots, Hit-Boy, Basquiat, and J Dilla and includes the bomb single, “Big Dusty.”
Joey emerged in 2013 with his debut mixtape ‘1999.’ Downloaded over 2.3 million times ‘1999’ was nominated for mixtape of the year by BET and received critical praise from Pitchfork, Stereogum, HipHop DX as well ranking in the top albums of the year list by Complex. Since ‘1999’ Joey’s released two more mixtapes, ‘Rejex’ and ‘Summer Knights,’ the latter of which was successfully commercialized as his ‘Summer Knights’ EP.
