Poison, The (Reissue)
‘The Poison’ is the debut studio album by the Welsh metalcore band Bullet for My Valentine, first released on 3 October 2005 through Visible Noise Records in the UK, and then on 14 February 2006 in the United States, through Trustkill Records.
Recorded with Funeral For A Friend producer Colin Richardson, Bullet’s full-length debut is 54 minutes of twisted, dark, uncompromising metal. Opening with the screamo onslaught of opener Her Voice Resides, ‘The Poison’ rarely takes its foot from the throttle until the ear-shredding barrage of “The End.”
