Byron Bay singer-songwriter and one of Australia’s most loved musicians, Pete Murray, releases his anticiapted forthcoming album ‘Camacho!’
The quiet achiever of Australian music, whose sales of over a million records put him among the upper echelon of home grown solo artists, was determined to shake things up whilst recording his new album and explored different avenues including writing songs using loops & beats, which have resulted in some fresh new sounds.
Pete has worked on the lead single “Take Me Down” with an array of talented industry talents including Grammy Award-winning studio hound Eric J. Dubowsky (Flume, Chet Faker), Aussie producer Tony Buchen (Montaigne, the Preatures, Bob Evans) Adelaide-born, Sydney-based producer One Above, aka Andrew Burford, whose rapidly growing resume includes Hilltop Hoods, Drapht & Allday and ARIA Award winning producer John Hume (Matt Corby, Lisa Mitchell).
